6. Free training
This website may provide access to free digital and affiliate marketing training.
Some free training promoted on this website is created and presented by a third party.
Where training is not created by Oskar, this will be made clear.
Access to free training may require registration using your name and email address.
The free training may introduce an optional paid product, service, membership or program.
You are under no obligation to purchase anything after accessing the free training.
7. Affiliate relationships
Some links, resources and recommendations on this website may be affiliate referrals.
This means I may receive a commission if you purchase an eligible product or service after using one of my referral links.
Where an affiliate relationship exists, I aim to disclose it clearly.
A commission does not mean that a product is suitable for you.
You should independently assess any product, program or business opportunity before purchasing.
The existence of an affiliate relationship does not create any guarantee of results.
8. Third party products and services
This website may refer or link to products and services operated by other businesses.
Those businesses control their own:
- Products.
- Pricing.
- Training.
- Service delivery.
- Membership terms.
- Refund policies.
- Privacy practices.
- Websites.
- Technology.
I do not control those businesses simply because I recommend or refer to them.
Any purchase you make directly from another provider may also be governed by that provider’s own terms and conditions.

- A short questionnaire or Second Engine Scorecard completed before the session.
- One approximately 45 minute online session.
- Discussion of relevant business models and possible directions.
- A recommended starting direction based on the information discussed.

- Financial advice.
- Investment advice.
- Legal advice.
- Tax advice.
- Employment advice.
- Accounting advice.
- A guarantee that a business idea will succeed.

12. Information you provide
The usefulness of the Second Engine Audit depends partly on the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide.
You agree to provide information that is reasonably accurate to the best of your knowledge.
You remain responsible for deciding whether any recommendation or direction discussed is suitable for your circumstances.
13. Pricing
Prices displayed on this website are in Australian dollars unless another currency is clearly stated.
The current price for a product or service will be the price shown at the time of purchase.
Prices may change in the future.
Changing a price does not affect a purchase that has already been completed.
14. Founding offers
Some products or services may initially be offered at a founding price.
A founding offer may be made available to a limited number of customers while the service or product is being developed and refined.
Where I state that a particular number of places are available, that limit will represent the number of places I genuinely intend to accept for that release.
The availability of a founding price does not guarantee that the same price will be available later.
15. Payment
Payment must normally be completed before a paid session or service is confirmed.
Payment may be processed by an external payment provider.
I do not intentionally store complete credit card details on this website.
Your payment provider may apply its own terms and privacy practices.
16. Booking your session
After purchasing a Second Engine Audit, you will receive instructions for arranging your session.
You are responsible for selecting an available time and attending the session at the confirmed time.
Session times may be displayed in your local time zone depending on the booking system being used.
Please check your booking confirmation carefully.
17. Rescheduling
I understand that plans change.
If you need to move your Second Engine Audit, please provide at least 24 hours notice where reasonably possible.
One reasonable rescheduling request will normally be accommodated without additional charge.
Repeated changes may require a new booking.
If exceptional circumstances arise, contact me and I will consider the situation reasonably.
18. Cancellation by you
For the initial Second Engine Audit service, my recommended cancellation policy is:
- If you cancel more than 24 hours before your booked session, you may request either a reschedule or a refund.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before your session, a change of mind refund may not be available.
- If you do not attend your booked session without notice, the session may be treated as used.
This section applies to change of mind cancellations only.
Nothing in this policy removes any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
19. Cancellation by Oskar
If I need to cancel or move a booked session, I will make reasonable efforts to arrange another suitable time.
If I cancel a paid service and we cannot agree on a reasonable alternative, I will refund the amount paid for the affected service.
20. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
Consumers buying services have automatic legal protections, including requirements relating to due care and skill and, where applicable, fitness for purpose and delivery within a reasonable time.
If a service does not meet an applicable consumer guarantee, remedies may include correction of the service, cancellation, refund or compensation depending on the circumstances.
Any cancellation or refund policy on this website operates in addition to those legal rights.
21. Digital products
I may offer downloadable resources, templates, worksheets, guides, recordings or other digital products in the future.
The specific inclusions and access conditions for each product will be described on its sales page.
Unless otherwise stated, purchased digital materials are provided for your personal use only.
22. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, original content created by Oskar remains my intellectual property.
This may include:
- The Second Engine framework.
- The Second Engine Scorecard.
- The Second Engine Audit materials.
- Worksheets.
- Templates.
- Written guides.
- Website copy.
- Graphics.
- Training materials.
- Videos.
- Presentations.
- Original frameworks and concepts.
Purchasing or accessing these materials does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property to you.
23. Personal use licence
When you purchase or receive an Oskar created resource, you receive permission to use it for your own personal or internal business purposes unless otherwise stated.
You may not, without written permission:
- Sell the material.
- Republish the material.
- Distribute copies publicly.
- Upload the material to another commercial platform.
- Claim the material as your own.
- Use the material to create a substantially copied competing product.
24. Confidentiality during individual sessions
Information you share during a Second Engine Audit will generally be treated as private and used for the purpose of providing the service.
However, the service is not subject to legal professional privilege or another regulated professional confidentiality regime.
Do not provide passwords, banking credentials, highly sensitive health information or other information that is unnecessary for the Audit.
25. Recording sessions
Second Engine Audit sessions will not be recorded without informing you.
If recording is proposed, you will be told before recording begins.
You may decline recording unless recording is clearly stated as a necessary part of the purchased service before booking.
26. Testimonials and customer feedback
I may ask customers for feedback after a service.
Providing a testimonial is optional.
I will not publicly attribute a testimonial, photograph or identifiable customer story to you without appropriate permission.
I will not fabricate testimonials or alter a testimonial in a way that materially changes what the customer said.
27. Website accuracy
I make reasonable efforts to keep information on this website accurate and current.
However, digital marketing platforms, affiliate programs, software, pricing, business models and third party offers can change.
I do not guarantee that every piece of information will remain current indefinitely.
Where important, verify current details before making a purchase or business decision.
28. Website availability
I do not guarantee that this website will always be available without interruption.
Access may occasionally be affected by:
- Maintenance.
- Technical issues.
- Hosting outages.
- Third party service failures.
- Security issues.
- Events outside my reasonable control.
29. External links
This website may contain links to other websites.
A link does not mean that I control or accept responsibility for the external website.
You should review the relevant terms, privacy policy and commercial conditions of any external provider before using its services.
30. Email communications
If you register to receive emails, you may receive educational content, business updates, resources and relevant offers from Oskar.
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe option included in those messages.
Transactional emails relating to a purchase, booking or service may still be sent where necessary.
31. Privacy
Personal information is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on this website.
Please read the Privacy Policy for information about how personal information may be collected, used, stored and disclosed.
32. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, I am not responsible for losses arising solely because you relied on general information from this website or because a business opportunity, strategy or recommendation did not produce the result you hoped for.
You remain responsible for your own business, career and financial decisions.
Nothing in this section limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
Nothing in these Terms removes rights that cannot legally be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
33. Indirect loss
To the maximum extent permitted by law, I am not responsible for indirect losses arising from your use of this website or a service where those losses were not reasonably foreseeable or were not caused by a failure to meet an applicable legal obligation.
This provision does not limit any right to compensation that applies under Australian Consumer Law. Businesses cannot use terms to remove consumer rights to compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss caused by a failure to meet consumer guarantees.
34. Changes to products and services
I may change, improve, pause or discontinue a product or service.
Changes will not remove rights you have in relation to something you have already purchased.
Where a material change affects a paid service you have already purchased, I will deal with it reasonably and in accordance with applicable law.
35. Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated as the website, products and services develop.
The current version will be published on this website with its effective date.
Your purchase of a particular service is generally governed by the Terms that applied when you purchased it, together with any specific conditions presented at checkout.
36. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia and applicable Commonwealth laws of Australia.
Where legally permitted, disputes relating to these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
