Transparency matters
Some links on this website, in my emails, and in content I publish may be affiliate links.
If you click one of those links and later purchase an eligible product or service, I may receive a commission from the provider.
There is normally no additional cost to you because of that commission.
Why I use affiliate links
I am documenting what I am learning as I build The Next Act and explore different tools, platforms, services and business models.
From time to time I may share a product, service, training program or resource that I have used, explored or believe may be relevant to what I am discussing.
Some of those recommendations may include an affiliate relationship.
If a commercial relationship exists, I want that to be clear.
Affiliate relationships do not guarantee a recommendation
Receiving a commission does not mean that every product, service or opportunity is suitable for you.
My experience may also be different from yours.
You should evaluate any product, service, training program or business opportunity based on your own circumstances before making a decision.
Where appropriate, I encourage you to research alternatives and make your own assessment.
Digital and affiliate marketing training
One of the models I have explored is digital and affiliate marketing.
Some training or resources I link to may be provided by third parties rather than by me.
If you purchase an eligible product or service after following one of my referral links, I may receive a commission.
I do not control third party products, pricing, policies, guarantees, delivery or future changes to their programs.
Any questions about a third party product should also be checked directly with that provider.
No income guarantee
Nothing on this website should be interpreted as a promise or guarantee of income.
Building a business, audience or additional source of income involves effort, uncertainty and risk.
Some people may generate income.
Others may generate little or no income.
Any examples of results I share reflect the circumstances in which those results occurred and should not be treated as typical or guaranteed.
My own results
Where I share numbers relating to my audience, content performance, followers, leads or other results, those figures relate to my own experience.
They are provided for context and transparency.
They are not a prediction of what another person will achieve.
Editorial independence
An affiliate relationship does not prevent me from discussing what I like, what I do not like, what worked for me, or what did not.
My broader objective with The Next Act is to document what I am learning as I build more options beside my existing career.
Affiliate marketing is one model I have explored.
It is not the centre of what I am building.
Your responsibility
You remain responsible for deciding whether a product, service, training program or business model is appropriate for you.
Information on this website is general in nature and does not constitute financial, investment, legal, tax, employment or professional advice.
Where appropriate, obtain independent professional advice before making significant financial or business decisions.
Questions
If you have a question about an affiliate relationship or whether I may receive compensation from a particular link, you are welcome to contact me.
